As time passes, ink is slowly left on the floor, and I wash the floor with water to wash away the white space.
The old land and the accumulated stains, form a huge inked paper under my feet. I draw some circle on the ground, this piece of white is not left out, it is washed out.

（P.S. I am obsessed with finding, collecting, and observing traces of different times and collective traces—that is, traces constructed by countless people, things, and things in different places.
This trace is like rust on iron, a thin layer, but contains countless history.
Using reverse ink thinking, I regard the earth as rice paper filled with ink, wash away the ink with water, and create bright lines of void through clearing and washing away. The audience can see the original ground at the bottom from within the void lines. Although the ink is washed away It is painful to walk through history, but because some of the traces are washed away, the remaining history is revealed. I hope the audience will pay attention to this place and this history again.
I hope that the work can stay in the old places of Hong Kong, experience time together, and coexist with the people here. I also hope that the work can lead more people to travel to different old places.)

時間於地上慢慢留下墨水，我以水洗地，洗走同時留白。
老舊的土地，積聚的陳跡，形成腳下一幅龐大像吸滿墨水的畫紙，我以水洗涮地面的陳跡，在 地上重新描繪出一幅作品，這片白不是留出來的，是洗涮出來的。

(後記：沉迷於尋找、收集、觀察不同時間痕跡 及集體痕跡 — 即不同地方經過無數人、事、物所建構而成的痕跡。
這種痕跡就如鐵上的銹，薄薄一層，但蘊藏無數歷史。
我以逆向的水墨思維，把大地視為載滿墨水的宣紙，用水把墨洗走，通過清除、洗走來製造虛空的明線，觀眾可從虛空的線內看見最底層原來的地面，雖然洗走歷史是痛心的，但因著部份的痕跡被洗去，從而反襯出剩餘留下的歷史。盼觀眾會重新重視這地這歷史。
希望作品可以留於香港舊地方，一同經歷時光，與此地的人共處，亦希望作品可以帶動更多人遊歷不同舊地。）
