There are vast view of the sea in Kwun Tong Promenade,But government still want 50 millions to make a music fountain near the seaside.

Sounds all over the city, it won’t hear.Water near the seaside ,it won’t see.

I make the fountain with a low-cost pump, complete their desire with less than 100,000 times of the price.
